We offer different shipping options depending on the quantity you order and your location. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time. Our apparel ships out of our Arizona facility via USPS directly to you. You will be notified via email once your item leaves our facility. The shipping options available are based on the average time frame that the majority of our orders have taken and are not guaranteed. Shipping times listed cannot be guaranteed, as there may occasionally be shipping delays caused by the shipping company, which are beyond our control. Please note: weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Place your orders with plenty of time to avoid any issues, as we are not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur.

Our products are 100% fully sublimated, meaning each item is printed on a roll of fabric, then cut, sewn together, and individually packaged in a small plastic bag.

Design Considerations for Custom Goods:
Color Matching:Matching grays and blacks from different materials can be challenging, often resulting in slight color variations.

Color Availability:
We only offer Neon Colors in Team Orders my then 10 pieces. 

Logos and Fonts:
We can place any logos on your garments. Please provide vector images of your logos and the exact font you want to use on your uniform. This will expedite the mock-up process.

Please ensure you follow the washing instructions provided in the following link for all our sportswear and customized products. Proper washing is essential to avoid any damage to your items.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Answer:
The timeframe for your order's arrival depends on the items you select and whether you opt for customization. You can refer to our shipping and processing time tabs for an estimate. We recommend ordering with ample time, ideally 6-8 weeks before your event, to ensure your uniforms arrive in time for game day. Ordering ahead reduces stress and ensures a smoother experience.

When can I expect to receive my tracking number?

Answer:
You'll receive your tracking number once our logistics partner collects and scans your packages, typically 1-3 days after shipment. This number is then uploaded to your order, and you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking details. The exact timing may vary based on the volume of packages being processed.

What is the quality of your uniforms like?

Our uniform quality rivals that of well-known brands, offering exceptional durability and performance at reasonable prices.

Where do the uniforms ship from?

Answer:
Uniforms ship from our warehouse in Arizona / North Carolina or directly from our factories in Mexico, India, Pakistan and China, depending on inventory and order size. Processing and shipping times vary based on your order composition. You can find processing time frames listed on each product page.

At Trackbarn, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If the sizes you receive do not match our size chart, we will replace them for free. Additionally, any other manufacturer's defects will also be replaced at no cost to you. However, if the uniforms have a spelling error that was approved by the buyer, we will share the cost of the replacement with the buyer.

3. Payment Information

- High Schools: We accept purchase orders for orders over $10,000

- Clubs & All Other Customers: Orders must be paid via the checkout link. No work—including mock-ups—will begin until payment is received.

4. Minimum Order & Pricing

- Our bulk pricing requires a minimum of 10 pieces per style

- Available styles: Jogger Men’s, Women’s, and Youth
